If a HLA decoder does not receive an input frame for a certain time, it should generate an timeout event, for the HLA to show an error, instead of not showing anything.

With addition the ideas of P.Jaquiery:
"Interesting events might be TriggerEvent, TriggerMatch (fired anywhere a trigger event match is detected), Babble (“fast” signal transitions for an extended period), Timeout (no signal transitions for an extended period), Glitch and so on."

Would like to use this to trigger on inactivity on serial interface. I am monitoring messages going back and forth during overnight testing. When a failure occurs, the traffic stops.
